EXIN has released new certification based on the Test Management Approach, called TMap® Next. Based on the new book “TMap® Next for Result Driven Testing”, EXIN offers certification towards two certificates in Test Management:
The exams TMap® Next Foundation & TMap® Next Advanced are complementary. At the Foundation level the focus is on the testers’ daily practice. Development testing techniques, for instance, belong exclusively to the domain of the Foundation exam. TMap® Next Advanced has an emphasis on the managerial aspects. The advanced exam will test the knowledge and comprehension of business driven test management (BDTM). In recent months the new exams for TMap® Next have been tested in Holland and the USA. They will be followed by pilot examinations in Germany and India in the coming months. Various organizations are ready to start their training offerings for TMap® Next.
