On July 1, 2008, EXIN will launch an English exam geared towards the Business Information Management Foundation Certificate (BiSL). BiSL Foundation provides an introduction to Information Management and the BiSL standard. BiSL, the Business Information Services Library, offers a framework for managing the information services in the business domain, with a focus on both the business requirements and the user needs. The requirements for the Information Management Foundation Certificate are aimed at an overview of Information Management and specifically the BiSL model, the core concepts and their relationships. The target group for this Foundation exam includes practitioners and managers involved in implementing, managing and improving the information services in an organization.
