I-Tracks

Making IT easy with I-Tracks
EXIN offers a unique exam program called I-Tracks, which consists of track descriptions, learning materials, exam requirements, preparatory materials and actual exams, solely focused on flexible, practice-oriented certification for individual IT professionals. /upload/images/i tracks/origineel/i-tracks+i groot_kl.jpg

As with all EXIN exam programs, I-Tracks was developed in cooperation with employers, training providers and experts in the IT sector. Demand for I-Tracks has shown a steady increase in the Netherlands. EXIN therefore plans to roll out I-Tracks internationally in the near future.

How does it work?
Within I-Tracks, EXIN objectively and independently assesses the existing experience, work environment, skills and ambitions of the (aspiring) IT professional. From this information, EXIN is able to develop a unique learning plan (track), based on the recognition of skills relevant to a particular area of interest, recognizable role or core function within the IT (service) profession.

Domains and areas of focus
I-Tracks is geared towards certification in four core domains within the IT service environment: Information Management, Software Design and Development, IT Service Management and IT Management. I-Tracks consists of four possible learning routes, from beginner to Advanced and Expert.

Personal portfolio
All participants in I-Tracks maintain a personal portfolio of their results and experiences, in line with individual needs and capabilities. At the end of a track, based on the personal portfolio, EXIN experts will determine whether the participant has satisfied the requirements for the track certificate. As with all EXIN exam programs, the assessment of existing skills is objective and vendor-independent and the certificates are industry-recognized.
